— User Agreement for Bangladesh Players
These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and criccex. Please read every section carefully before registering an account or placing any bets on the platform. Use of criccex constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
Key Principles of the criccex Agreement
18+ Age Requirement
Access to criccex is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years and above. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Accounts held by persons found to be under 18 are immediately closed and funds returned.
Single Account Per Player
Each player may hold one active criccex account at any time. Duplicate accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person, and accounts created to circumvent a previous closure are all prohibited and will be suspended.
BDT Wallet & Local Payments
criccex accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and partner banks. Minimum deposit is ৳200. All financial transactions are subject to verification.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses and free credit issued by criccex are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Full terms for each promotion are published alongside the offer at the point it is made available.
Fair Play Obligation
Collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited on criccex. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Terms May Be Updated
criccex reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes are communicated to registered players via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform following notice of a change constitutes acceptance.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between criccex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, deposits funds into, places bets through, or plays any game on the criccex platform ("you", "the Player", "the User").
By accessing criccex in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you consent to be legally bound by it. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement, and the word "you" shall refer to both that person and yourself.
This Agreement is effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersedes all prior versions. The most current version of this Agreement is always available at criccex/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for updates.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to criccex and its services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to open and maintain an account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute. There are no exceptions. criccex operates a strict 18+ policy in line with responsible gaming best practices.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own name and for your own benefit. Accounts may not be opened or operated on behalf of a third party.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with criccex or any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion applies.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.
- You must not have had a criccex account previously closed for cause (fraud, collusion, breach of these terms, or any other violation).
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout the life of your account.
Age Verification
criccex reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle. Where a player's age cannot be verified to the Platform's reasonable satisfaction, account access will be suspended and all pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete. If a player is confirmed to be under the age of 18, the account will be closed, all bets placed will be declared void, and any net deposits (after deducting any amounts wagered) will be returned to the deposit source.
3 Account Registration
To access the full range of criccex services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on criccex at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is a serious violation of this Agreement. If criccex identifies that a player holds or has previously held duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held across those accounts.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
- You must not share your account access details with any other person, including family members. criccex will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.
- You must notify criccex immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting support at support@criccex.
- criccex strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. The option to enable 2FA is available from within the account settings.
- You must not use a shared, public, or compromised device to access your criccex account or to conduct financial transactions on the platform.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
criccex operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity of account holders and to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification is required before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at criccex's discretion. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account showing the same mobile number registered with criccex).
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. Persistent non-compliance may result in account suspension.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on criccex are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
- Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's criccex balance within seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account does not match the name on the criccex account — will not be accepted. Funds received from unverified or third-party sources will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- criccex does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which criccex accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account in the player's own name.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is authorised. Players who have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests queued pending document submission and review.
- criccex aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.
- criccex reserves the right to request additional documentation to support a withdrawal request if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these terms.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus and promotion terms.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
criccex offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL T20 season, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer, together with the general provisions set out in this section.
General Bonus Terms
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Real-money deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately in the player's account. Real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.
- Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- criccex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using software to exploit bonus structures, or systematically low-risk wagering to extract value from bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.
- Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the specified expiry period (as stated in the individual promotion) will be removed from the player's account without notice.
Promotional Eligibility
Players must have a fully verified account in good standing to be eligible for promotions. Players who are subject to a responsible gaming restriction, such as a deposit limit that would prevent participation, or who are in a self-exclusion period, are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during that period. criccex reserves the right to determine promotional eligibility at its sole discretion.
6 Gameplay & Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all games and betting activity conducted through criccex. By placing a bet or launching a game, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules in full.
Casino Games
- All casino games available on criccex are supplied by independent, certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Red Tiger. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by the respective studios and are not controllable or modifiable by criccex.
- The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game studio and published in the game information panel. criccex does not alter RTP settings from the studio default.
- In the event of a technical failure during a game round — such as a disconnection or platform error — the round will be resolved according to the game studio's published rules for incomplete rounds. criccex will communicate the outcome to the player once the round is settled and will not be liable for any claims arising from technical interruptions beyond its control.
- Live casino games are operated by live dealers in real time. The results of live casino rounds are final once the dealer has announced the outcome and the studio's software has recorded the result. Claims relating to live casino outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.
Sports Betting
- Sports bets placed on criccex are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (for example, the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), or Badminton World Federation (BWF)).
- In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment the bet is confirmed. Where a bet is placed during a delay in the live odds feed, criccex reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's balance.
- If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the minimum playtime required by criccex's sportsbook rules has elapsed, all bets on that event will be declared void and stakes returned. Specific sport-by-sport rules are available from the criccex sportsbook help section.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply. These limits are displayed in the bet placement interface and are applied at the time of settlement.
Dispute Resolution for Bets
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute through the criccex support system within 48 hours of settlement. Disputes submitted after this window may not be reviewed. criccex's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, though the Platform is committed to reviewing all disputes fairly and transparently.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on criccex. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.
- Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, opening accounts under false identities, or using stolen or borrowed payment credentials to fund an account.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker, live casino table games, or sports betting markets. This includes chip dumping, coordinated betting to manipulate odds, and sharing hand or game information in real time.
- Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or play games on the platform without manual human input. All betting and gaming activity must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any error, malfunction, or bug in the criccex platform or in any game software to gain a financial advantage. Winnings obtained through knowingly exploited errors will be voided.
- Money Laundering: Using criccex to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or using the platform primarily as a vehicle to move money rather than for genuine gambling entertainment.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) in bad faith after funds have been used for gambling. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one criccex account, whether for personal benefit or on behalf of others, including for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
criccex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. The circumstances in which this right may be exercised include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder through the criccex responsible gaming tools.
- A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
- Extended inactivity — accounts that have not recorded any login or financial activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the criccex support team at support@criccex. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
Dormant Account Policy
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Reactivating a dormant account requires logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, criccex's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
criccex shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any of the following types of loss or damage, even if foreseeable:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
- Loss or corruption of data or information.
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage of any kind.
- Losses arising from interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, denial-of-service attacks, force majeure events, or internet infrastructure failures beyond criccex's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from the player's own failure to maintain the security of account credentials or from the use of a shared or compromised device.
- Losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the legality or availability of online gambling services in the player's jurisdiction.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit criccex's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10 Amendments to These Terms
criccex reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The reasons for amendments may include changes in applicable law, changes to the platform's products or services, regulatory guidance, or internal policy updates.
Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it substantially affects a player's rights or obligations — criccex will provide not less than 7 days' advance notice via email to the address registered on the account, or via an in-platform notification displayed upon login. Non-material changes (for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive effect of a clause, or additions of new payment methods) may be made without advance notice.
Following notice of an amendment, continued use of the criccex platform — including placing a bet, making a deposit, or playing any game — constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the proposed changes, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect. Account closure requests received within the notice period will be processed in accordance with Section 8, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to you.
